Recruiting never stops. Monday morning Boise State fans got a dose of good news with the addition of Portland (Ore.) Jesuit offensive tackle Mike Miller.
Miller is listed at 6-foot-5, 290-pounds by Northwest Elite Index which confirmed his commitment with 247Sports.
The Oregon prep relayed a few quotes via text on his big news.
"Me and my family talked with coach Huff a couple of weeks ago and he sounded very excited about me. They gave me a very good opportunity to walk on at Boise State. It was an opportunity that really stuck out to me and my family and it was clear Boise was the best place for me."
Jordan Johnson of NEI offered a few quotes of his own on Miller.
"Mike was first team all-state lineman that helped Jesuit reach the 6A title game," Johnson said. "He has a huge amount of upside being young for a senior and only being 17 when he graduates. His father was a lineman at Oregon back in the day so he has the pedigree."
The Broncos were in the market to add to the class if the right pieces come along. Wide Receiver and Offensive line were the top priorities.
